From the first point of contact you will find I am very responsive to your messages, I am not the type to leave you hanging or unsure if you have even contacted the right Adelaide Maternity Photographer. You can be confident knowing that my clients and potential clients are very important to me and I am very accommodating wherever possible. Communication and honesty is key.
I've spent most of my adult career in Retail Management so I know how to make the awkward feel comfortable and create a relaxed and natural environment.
I will gladly discuss any queries and ideas that you may have for your Photoshoot. I may ask you some questions like what type of shoot did you have in mind, location, style, vibe, how many people will be involved, how far along are you and when are you due if pregnant etc this will allow me to recommend the type of package most suited to your needs. If you have not already visited my website I will send you the link to view all my pricing and packages online, I prefer to be up front with my clients as I do not like hidden fees either. Once you have decided on the package that is right for you and selected a date, you can request a booking online through the website.
When I have received your details for the booking I will check my calendar, confirm the date and send through a Booking Confirmation Pack to complete and lock in your date.
A 50% deposit of the total package and any travel fees is required to hold the booking.
Please note the below is required to complete your booking with Schinella Photography, no dates will be held until this is completed.
Booking Confirmation Pack - You will receive the following;
- A Photography Consent and Release Form will be sent to you separately to read, sign and send back
- A short questionnaire which assists me in getting to know a bit more about you and your family in preparation for your session
- An invoice for payment of your deposit
- A contract to be read and signed
Photography Consent and Release Form
Every client I photograph will be asked to sign this consent form. By signing this form you are agreeing to any/all images taken at your session to be used for marketing/advertising and/or social media purposes by Schinella Photography. This means I may post images on my website and/or social media pages eg Instagram and Facebook. I may also publish images onto flyers and business cards for business marketing purposes. This allows me to share my most recent art work and to refresh my brand platforms regularly offering potential clients an updated profile of the type of work I create.
If you do not consent to your images being used for the above mentioned purposes please do not sign this form or the contract. Please advise me at time of booking.
You can expect I will retain contact with you from time of booking, to touching base before your session and I will keep you updated during the editing process and may send you some sneak peeks prior to posting any images online.
Downloading Your Online Gallery
After the culling process all images will be carefully curated and condensed into a digital gallery, edited by me with love, individually by hand. That's right, I do not edit in bulk batches! You can expect approximately 3-4 weeks turnaround to allow me the time to create the most beautiful stunning gallery for you to cherish. Once I have delivered the gallery to you by email, you will have the opportunity to select your included images for download. Once you have selected your favourite images I will send them to you to as a download.
Sharing Your Images And Kind Words
If you choose to post/share any of your images online please be sure to use the full size high resolution image downloaded from your gallery and not a screenshot, I would greatly appreciate and love if you could tag me in your posts. I am also happy to receive any kind words and Reviews on my pages or Google profile if you get a chance and please refer your friends and family back to me, this is how small businesses like mine survive.
